  • Product usage data such as thumbnail prompts, source images, channel style, trend research, project settings, and generation history.
  • Name, email address, subject, and message content shared through support or contact forms.

Why we process data

  • To operate your account, provide secure sign-in, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • To provide AI thumbnail generation, title suggestions, trend analysis, translation, editing, and project management features.
  • To manage credits, subscriptions, payments, support cases, operational logs, and service reliability.
  • To improve the product, debug issues, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect TUMB and its users.

Sharing and retention

  • Data is shared with hosting, database, authentication, payment, file storage, analytics, security, and AI generation providers only as needed to provide the service.
  • Generation files, transaction logs, and support messages are kept for the period required for security, auditability, service continuity, and user experience.
